Cada 10 km hi ha un punt de control i de relleu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els equips inscrits en el circuit curt (36 km) poden triar entre la modalitat de <strong>c\u00f3rrer<\/strong> o la de <strong>caminar.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El circuit llarg (60 km) nom\u00e9s es pot realitzar corrent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;hora de sortida de la UCM25 seran les <strong>7.30 h<\/strong>, la cursa acabar\u00e0 a les <strong>17 h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 us informem sobre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recorregut <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Com seguir el recorregut si no est\u00e0 marcat amb cintes?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Punts de relleu\/d&#8217;avituallament<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trams, temps de pas a cada punt<\/strong> <strong>i desnivell<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:23px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>1. RECORREGUT<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 trobareu el tra\u00e7at dels 2 circuits i la ubicaci\u00f3 dels punts d&#8217;avituallament <strong>(<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/d\/edit?hl=en&amp;mid=1o-vw3ZpTS6XximqeJKsetGT0iTpoK1g&amp;ll=41.930585340825274%2C2.3480050760329485&amp;z=14\" target=\"_blank\">consultar el circuit a google maps<\/a>)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com veureu, <strong>al google maps es facilita la ubicaci\u00f3 exacte de cada punt d&#8217;avituallament<\/strong>. Per saber quin cam\u00ed heu de fer, teniu 2 opcions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; Us podeu descarregar el recorregut <strong>en format GPX i el pugeu al vostre rellotge que tingui GPS: <a href=\"https:\/\/ultracleanmarathon.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/UCM_Curta_Alternatiu.gpx\">descarregar GPX pel circuit curt<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/ultracleanmarathon.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/UCM_Llarga_Alternatiu_Riu.gpx\">descarregar GPX pel circuit llarg<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-red-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-7e5e6fc7e6fb50c16ff2f81aded17257\"><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> <strong>Degut a la previsi\u00f3 meteorol\u00f2gica de la setmana, hi ha hagut 2 petites modificacions al recorregut, que tenen lloc al tram 1 (de Vic a Manlleu) en ambd\u00f3s circuits (curt i llarg). Els GPX descarregables s\u00f3n els tracks actualitzats.<\/strong> En aquest tram hi havia dos punts on es creua un riu (Ter i Gurri) i s&#8217;ha desviat lleugerament la ruta per assegurar que el creuament sigui segur tenint en compte la previsi\u00f3 de pluges durant la setmana. ELS PUNTS D&#8217;AVITUALLAMENT\/ DE RELLEU<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n<p>Al final de cada tram s&#8217;ubica un punt d&#8217;avituallament, en el que es podr\u00e0 realitzar la incorporaci\u00f3 \/ canvi de corredors (en cas de c\u00f3rrer la modalitat de relleus). Quan arribeu al punt d&#8217;avituallament el primer que haureu de fer \u00e9s <strong>pesar i classificar els residus que heu recollit (buidar la bossa).<\/strong> Diverses persones de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 us ajudaran i prendran nota del pes total que heu recollit, per tenir-lo en compte a la classificaci\u00f3 final. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un cop pesats i classificats els residus, podeu passar el relleu a altres persones del vostre equip o b\u00e9 continuar participant a la cursa, tot fent el seg\u00fcent tram.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>4 punts d&#8217;avituallament\/relleu al circuit curt:<\/strong> Manlleu, Tav\u00e8rnoles, Sant Juli\u00e0 de Vilatorta, Vic.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>6 Punts d&#8217;avituallament\/relleu al circuit llarg<\/strong>: Manlleu, Tav\u00e8rnoles, Parador de Sau, Vilanova de Sau, Sant Juli\u00e0 de Vilatorta, Vic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRAM DE SILENCI<\/strong> (circuit llarg): \u00e9s un tram on demanem que els corredors estigueu en silenci quan hi passeu ja que en aquesta zona s&#8217;hi troben rapinyaires nidificant. TRAMS, TEMPS DE PAS I DESNIVELL<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 trobareu els temps de pas estimats dels equips als diferents punts d&#8217;avituallament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests temps, juntament amb el geolocalitzador que donarem a cada equip el dia de la cursa, us poden <strong>ajudar a calcular a quina hora heu d&#8217;estar apunt per fer el relleu del vostre equip<\/strong>. No obstant, l&#8217;hora del pas de l&#8217;equip per cada punt dependr\u00e0 de la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica dels participants.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color:
